HOW DO I ORDER FROM NIZU NIZU?

  • Select your bakes of choice in the ORDER page, add to cart and follow through to the checkout page.
    Do take note our bakes are made fresh and needs to be ordered 2 working days in advance.

PAYMENT MODES.

  • We currently only receive payments via online credit/debit card. Strictly no cash on delivery.
    All payments are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

IS MY ORDER CONFIRMED?

  • When your order is confirmed, you will received a confirmation email.
    Please kindly check your spam folder if notifications are not received.
    We will bake your goods to order only after confirmed receipt of your full payment.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS AFTER CONFIRMATION?

  • Should you request to make some changes, contact us directly by IG/FB direct message at least 3 days before your collection date. We will get in touch you with as soon possible. We will do our best, but certain changes are difficult if made too close to your delivery date.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER DETAILS AFTER CONFIRMATION?

  • Yes you may, however we will only provide a full refund if cancelled at least 3 days before your collection date.
    Eg. Collection on 10 January, refunds will be considered if cancelled on/before 7 January.
    Kindly understand that your orders are made freshly, and unique materials might have been costed.

All charges and fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  1. We offer delivery services starting from a flat rate of $12 island wide. There will be no delivery to Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island.

  2. Free local delivery for total orders above $80 per location and on a single date.

  3. For self-collection, pick up can be made available at 792 Woodlands Avenue 6 (730792).

  4. We require 2 working days advance for any case of changes in delivery address.
    Additional charges will be imposed in the event the delivery address has to be changed before our required lead time.

  5. In the event recipient/sender are uncontactable or not available to receive goods during delivery,
    Goods will be left at the doorstep and our delivery will contact you via your phone number.

  6. If redelivery is requested, a redelivery fee of $12 will be applied.

HOW LONG CAN I STORE MY BAKES FOR?

  • All cheesecakes, tiramisu and cookies require storage in the fridge up to 3 days for optimal freshness.
    Please refrigerate immediately after receiving. Best consume on the date of purchase.

  • Mini crunchy choc chip cookies (150g) can be stored in room temperature up till 5 days. Best consume on the date of purchase.

IS NIZUNIZU BAKES HALAL CERTIFIED?

  • No, but our bakes do not contain any pork or lard. Our tiramisu contains alcohol.
